What are your shipping charges?
We ship free of charge for all our Australian orders.
When do you dispatch orders?
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours, except during weekends and public holidays.
Which courier companies do you use?
We ship with Australia Post and three courier companies: Couriers Please, Toll IPEC and Fastway Couriers. Shipping with a courier company ensures the safe and dependable delivery of your order. All orders are tracked and, unless otherwise specified by you, all orders require a signature on delivery.
It is vital that you provide to us the correct shipping address. Some of our couriers charge re-delivery fees which, should they be incurred, will be passed on to you. We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-delivery of an order if the non-delivery is due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied to us or if there is no one at that address to provide a signature.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends upon where you are located in Australia and the courier company that is allocated to deliver your order. As a general guide, please allow the following estimates (given in working days):
VIC: 2 days
NSW: 2 to 3 days
QLD: 3 to 5 days
SA: 2 to 3 days
WA: 4 to 7 days
NT: 5 to 6 days
TAS: 2 to 7 days
Please note that these delivery estimates are indicative only and that the actual delivery time may vary. Pure Practice does not accept any liability for failure to meet the above delivery estimates.
If your order does not arrive within an appropriate time, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will promptly track the status of your delivery and inform you of its whereabouts / progress.
Can I track my order?
This depends upon the courier company that we choose to deliver your order. If your order can be tracked online by you, you will receive from us an email with the relevant tracking number and website. If your order is not able to be tracked online by you, please do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com and we will reply promptly with the up-to-date delivery status of your order.
Does my order have to be signed for on delivery?
All orders must be signed for on delivery, except in the circumstance where it has been instructed by you, to deliver without receipt of a signature. In the instance where you have instructed the order to be delivered without receipt of a signature, Pure Practice accepts no liability for lost or stolen goods once the order has been delivered.
Can I cancel my order?
Our dispatch policy is to ship your order within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so, however costs may be incurred by you for cancelling. For an order that has not been shipped as yet and for which our warehouse has not picked and packed the items for delivery, you will be refunded the entire amount of your order including the cost of shipping. If, by the time that you cancel your order, your order has been picked and packed by our warehouse and already shipped, if we are still able to cancel the delivery, then you will be charged the shipping fee however we will refund the cost of the goods ordered.
Pure Practice we will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person or business as a result of a delay caused by our courier company that Pure Practice has no control over. Likewise, we will not be held liable for any event that is out of Pure Practice’s reasonable control or foresight, including but not limited to, any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
