We strive to ensure all our customers are 100% satisfied with our products and service. We take pride in our products and take care in packaging them for shipment. We understand that issues arise and we are happy to talk with you and resolve any problem.

  • We are unable to accept returns or exchange of products due to a change of mind, mistaken purchase or unwanted gift.
  • Please inspect your parcel immediately upon receiving. If you received the wrong product or your product is damaged when received, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your order. You can contact us via our contact us page. Please include your full name and photo/s of the damaged item. In some case, we may request the item be returned before a refund or replacement is granted – we will pay for the return shipping.
  • If you believe that the product does not meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us with your full name and an explanation of the issue. We assess each return on a case by case basis and will work with you to establish a satisfactory remedy.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement or return will not be accepted.  
  • This returns policy does not apply to goods damaged after delivery, change of mind or circumstance, products not bought online, where it has been left for too long to report the problem to Pure Practice, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
