Eco-friendly and sustainable:
• Unlike other trigger balls which are made from plastic, ours are made from cork which is a renewable resource and is 100% sustainably sourced.
• Our cork trigger balls are biodegradable, eco-friendly and non-toxic.
• We use laser to engrave our logo on the balls, meaning no toxic glues or inks.
Comfortably firm:
• Our trigger balls provide the perfect combination of firmness and flexibility for effective muscle relief.
• Our balls have a smooth surface and are small and lightweight – making them perfect for travelling, throwing in a gym bag, hand bag or luggage.
Why should I use a trigger ball (also known as "massage balls")?
• They are terrific at targeting trigger points and specific areas of the body to provide pain relief from tight fascia and muscles.
• They are especially great at relieving pain and reducing muscle tension in the shoulders, legs, buttocks and feet.
• They are easy to incorporate into your daily routine and help to increase mobility before exercise and recovery post-exercise.
What is a trigger point?
• A trigger point is another way to say “knot”. Trigger points are specific hyper-irritable knots within a muscle that can generate pain and tightness.
• Direct pressure onto a trigger point using a trigger ball, can lead to pain relief and muscle relaxation.
Care & Usage Instructions
Care & Usage Instructions
Care Instructions:
- Use a damp cloth to remove any dirt or sweat
- Dry completely before storing
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the balls.
Usage Instructions:
Step 1:
Start slowly and don’t overdo things. While lying, sitting or leaning against a wall, position the massage ball on an area (for example - your shoulders, pecs, buttocks, legs, feet) of tension or soreness. You might need to try each of the massage ball sizes out before you settle on the right sized ball (the ball that “feels right”) for that trigger point.
Step 2:
Gently ease some of your weight onto the massage ball and hold for 30-60 seconds. You might feel the muscle twitch in response – wait for the muscle to relax but remember that if any pain feels too sharp, ease off or stop. Remember – you are looking for a “good pain” and you want to be able to relax onto the ball while you’re doing this.
Step 3:
Another way to use the massage ball is to continuously roll the ball, using your body weight, along a tight muscle until it relaxes and eases.
Remember: use the cork massage balls for their intended purpose only – don’t try to balance on them, place all your weight on them, or use them in a way that could lead to you slipping or falling over.
Don’t use the massage balls on your spine, throat or neck area. These are sensitive areas.

Why people love the Pure Practice® Trigger Ball Set...
-
These are nice and high quality. I shopped around and the fact that you get three different sized balls in this Pure Practice set for the price that other brands usually charge for one ball - that sold me.

I get stiff shoulders from sitting at my desk all day - I use these balls at night as part of my stretching routine and they’ve been great at helping to relax my shoulder muscles.

In the past I used a rubber ball which was actually too hard, so I was worried that these cork balls would be the same but they’re not. They’re firm but supple and they’re effective at getting into my sore spots.
