- Shipping is free for all Australian orders.
- We ship from Geelong, Victoria and our shipping hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays).
- All orders are shipped via either Australia Post or Aramex Couriers. Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
- All our orders are shipped with a default "ATL: Authority To Leave" which means that the courier will deliver your parcel without a signature. If you wish to have "Signature on Delivery" please let us know in your Order Notes at Checkout.
- Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email from us with tracking information and a link to how you can track your order.
