Care Instructions:

· Cleaning: Wipe the yoga block with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and stains. Allow to air dry completely before next use.​

· Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the cork material.​

Usage Instructions:

1. Start Slowly: If you're new to using yoga blocks, begin with basic poses to familiarise yourself with the additional support.

2. Placement: Position the block on a stable, flat surface. Ensure it's aligned properly to provide the intended support.​

3. Engage Muscles: Use your muscles actively when relying on the block; avoid placing your full body weight passively, especially in balancing poses.

4. Listen to Your Body: If you experience discomfort or pain, adjust the block's position or discontinue its use in that pose.

  • Shipping is free for all Australian orders.
  • We ship from Geelong, Victoria and our shipping hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays).
  • All orders are shipped via either Australia Post or Aramex Couriers. Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
  • All our orders are shipped with a default "ATL: Authority To Leave" which means that the courier will deliver your parcel without a signature. If you wish to have "Signature on Delivery" please let us know in your Order Notes at Checkout.
  • Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email from us with tracking information and a link to how you can track your order.
