Returns Policy
At Pure Practice, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while also adhering to Australian Consumer Law guidelines.
Eligibility for Returns:

Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Change of mind returns: Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging and/or tags intact. Items and their packaging must not be damaged in any way and must be in re-sellable condition. Customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Faulty product returns: If your item is faulty you are entitled to a full replacement or refund. We will cover the cost of postage back to us.
What’s not covered under our Returns Policy:
· Misuse or negligence
· Normal wear and tear
· Damage caused by pets, furniture use or sharp objects
· For The Grip Mat, exposure to extreme heat or prolonged storage in cars
· Damage caused by cleaning sprays, chemicals or oils
· Product alterations
· Note that product colours show differently on different electronic devices – a return based on colour differentiation will be classified as a change of mind return
· Note that due to the nature of yoga mat manufacturing, yoga mats have a +/- 5% in size from our advertised sizing
Procedure for Returns:
1. Initiate Return: Email info@purepractice.com.au to initiate the returns process. Include your order number, name that the order was made under, and the reason for your return. Remember that return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Wait to hear back from us: We will review your return request, ensuring that it meets our T&C’s as noted above. We will then reply to your request with our next steps, including, if applicable, our return postage address.
3. Prepare Shipment: Securely package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. If this is not possible, please package the item securely and protectively so that it does not get damaged in transit. Remember that for change of mind returns, we require the item to be received back by us in re-sellable condition.
4. Shipping: For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely. For items that do not reach us, and for which there is no tracking, we cannot issue a refund or exchange. For faulty product returns we will cover postage costs.
5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to determine its condition. Based on this assessment, your refund will either be approved or not, and if approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Our return policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law, ensuring your rights are protected.
