Washing Instruction:

Usage Instructions:
It's important to ensure your practice is as safe as possible and that you always use common sense to guide your yoga towel use. Here are some practical tips:
Before starting your hot yoga session, unfold the hot yoga towel and lay it over your yoga mat, ensuring it covers the entire surface area.
Ensure that the towel is placed securely on the mat without any wrinkles or folds to provide a smooth surface for your practice.
Throughout your hot yoga session, use the towel to absorb sweat and prevent slipping, especially during poses that require a firm grip on the mat.
Pat dry any excess sweat from your body using the towel to maintain traction and prevent slipping.
If needed, reposition the towel during your practice to ensure it stays in place and continues to provide adequate coverage.
Clean the towel after use: After your yoga session, remove the towel from the mat and hang it up to dry or put it in the washing machine to clean. Regular cleaning will help maintain the towel’s grip and absorbency. Avoid using fabric softeners or harsh chemicals like bleach, as they can affect the absorbency and performance of the towel.

We ship from Geelong, Victoria and our shipping hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays).
All orders are shipped via either Australia Post or Aramex Couriers. Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
All our orders are shipped with a default "ATL: Authority To Leave" which means that the courier will deliver your parcel without a signature. If you wish to have "Signature on Delivery" please let us know in your Order Notes at Checkout.

Made using recycled plastic bottles
Each towel is made with 10 discarded plastic bottles, preventing these bottles from entering landfill or polluting the ocean. How does this happen exactly?
Recycled plastic bottles are shredded into flakes, and then melted into pellets, which are then extruded into yarn. This yarn is a modern miracle that requires 65% less energy to produce than standard polyester yarn.

The pure practice yoga towel is one of the best yoga towels I have practised on world wide! They sit flat on the mat and don't bunch up like many others. Each towel is reversible, so you can change the patterns around depending on how you feel, I really like that and best of all they are made from recycled plastic bottles !!!!

The mat has been great. I don't need to hose it down and dry it out like some other mats I have used. Saves me so much time and hassle especially with all the rain we have been having lately. The towel is a gamechanger for me. I used to have to adjust my towel all the time so I wouldn't slip during Bikram yoga, but now with this Pure Practice towel, it's super grippy and stays nice and flat during my practice. I can just focus on my postures. I love the towel design and it brightens up the yoga room! Love it, will be getting a spare!
