Yoga mat care:
Using a damp cloth wipe down both sides of the mat weekly. Once a month, just before wiping down with a damp cloth, use a soft brush and a small amount of soap to lightly brush both sides of the mat. Always allow the mat to completely dry before rolling up
Taking care of the mat will prevent the accumulation of dirt and oils which can cause loss of grip and diminish the mat’s antibacterial defense
Towel care:
Wash separately before using. Wash in cold water. Hang to
dry (recommended) or tumble dry on low. Do not use fabric softener or bleach

The mat has been great. I don't need to hose it down and dry it out like some other mats I have used. Saves me so much time and hassle especially with all the rain we have been having lately. The towel is a gamechanger for me. I used to have to adjust my towel all the time so I wouldn't slip during Bikram yoga, but now with this Pure Practice towel, it's super grippy and stays nice and flat during my practice. I can just focus on my postures. I love the towel design and it brightens up the yoga room! Love it, will be getting a spare!
