Yoga mat care:
Using a damp cloth wipe down both sides of the mat weekly. Once a month, just before wiping down with a damp cloth, use a soft brush and a small amount of soap to lightly brush both sides of the mat. Always allow the mat to completely dry before rolling up
Taking care of the mat will prevent the accumulation of dirt and oils which can cause loss of grip and diminish the mat’s antibacterial defense
Towel care:
Wash separately before using. Wash in cold water. Hang to dry (recommended) or tumble dry on low. Do not use fabric softener or bleach
