Care & Usage Instructions
Care Instructions:

Using a damp cloth wipe down both sides of the mat weekly. Once a month, just before wiping down with a damp cloth, use a soft brush and a small amount of soap to lightly brush both sides of the mat. Always allow the mat to completely dry before rolling up.

Taking care of the mat will prevent the accumulation of dirt and oils which can cause loss of grip and diminish the mat’s antibacterial defense.

Usage Instructions:

It's important to ensure your practice is as safe as possible and that you always use common sense to guide your yoga mat use. Here are some practical tips:

  • Warm-Up: Always start your exercise with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body. This can help prevent muscle strains and injuries.
  • Be Mindful of Alignment: Pay close attention to your body's alignment in each pose/action. Misalignment can lead to unnecessary strain on your joints and muscles, increasing the risk of injury.
  • Listen to Your Body: Exercise, especially yoga,  is not about pushing yourself to the point of pain. If you feel discomfort or pain, ease out of the pose/action. Using props like blocks or straps can help modify poses to your current level of flexibility and strength.
  • Avoid Slippery Surfaces: Place your yoga mat on a stable, non-slip surface. Practicing on a slippery floor can lead to falls, especially in more dynamic or balance-focused poses.

  • We ship from Geelong, Victoria and our shipping hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays).
  • All orders are shipped via either Australia Post or Aramex Couriers. Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
  • All our orders are shipped with a default "ATL: Authority To Leave" which means that the courier will deliver your parcel without a signature. If you wish to have "Signature on Delivery" please let us know in your Order Notes at Checkout.
